  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 7 cups organic rolled oats
    • If adding nuts, substitute 1/2 cup of oats with your choice of nuts

  • Seeds (chia, pumpkin, sunflower)
  • Dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, apricots)
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • Cinnamon or warm spices

How to Make Homemade Granola

1. Preheat the oven

  • Cinnamon (optional)
  • Sea salt

3. Prepare the wet ingredients

In a small saucepan or bowl, melt your butter or coconut oil.
Stir in:

  • Honey
  • Maple syrup
  • Vanilla extract

4. Combine everything

Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir until the oats are evenly coated and glossy.

5. Spread + bake

Spread the granola into a single even layer on your baking sheet.
Press it down gently with a spatula if you like big clusters.

Bake for 20โ€“25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until lightly golden and fragrant.

6. Cool completely

This is the secret to crunchy clusters:
Do not stir it while cooling.
Let it sit until completely cooled and crisp.

7. Add dried fruit (optional)
